For security reasons, mobile number and email changes cannot be done self-service. Contact the support team with your current registered details and CNIC information. Deposits & Withdrawals

If a Cricket match is abandoned, cancelled or postponed before the minimum number of overs required for an official result, all pre-match bets are voided and the stake is returned to your PKR balance. In-play bets placed after the minimum overs threshold has been crossed may be settled based on the result at the time of abandonment, depending on the specific market rules. Always check the market terms for your bet type.

Games & Slots

Slot games on isb15 game use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine each spin outcome. Every spin is independent — past results have no influence on future ones. You choose a bet amount in PKR, spin the reels, and winnings are awarded based on the paytable for that specific slot. When you have both a real-money PKR balance and a bonus balance, bets are deducted from your real money first. Once your real-money balance reaches zero, bonus funds are used. Any remaining real-money PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed.
